Building leadership skills is not just about attending a course. It takes time, practical application and requires incremental change based on turning knowledge into new habits, adjusting old habits, reflection and being accountable for your commitment to change.

We believe that any sort of development intervention needs to be supported to translate into real behaviour change. We do this through developing a plan to apply knowledge, and coaching to help leaders identify opportunities to apply new behaviours and skills, reflect on their practice and keep momentum to help the new behaviours become habits.
