Lead.Change’s adaptive leadership programme helps leaders build the skills and habits that will help their teams perform and thrive in today’s working environment of constant change and complexity. The programme experience also helps leadership teams improve how they work together as a team, creating a common leadership language and shared behaviours which builds a coherent leadership culture in your organisation.

 

There is no ‘silver bullet’ or ‘big bang’ solution to developing great leadership. Improvement comes with consistent practice, focusing on doing small things differently to increase your leadership impact over time.

 

Our programme philosophy is focused on practical application, so leaders are equipped with not only the tools, but the mindset and habits to make meaningful change in their leadership. The programme has 3 core elements:

1.    Face-to-face interactive and practical workshops to help leaders put tools and concepts into practice.

2.    A 360 degree assessment of adaptive leadership capability to measure an initial baseline and progress after 6 months, supported by leadership coaching to identify strengths and development points, and create accountability for change.

3.    Leadership actions to apply and practice skills in between workshops to embed new skills and elicit real change.
