Our roots are in organisational psychology, grounded in extensive experience of making change happen in organisations.
We have worked with over 60 organisations across New Zealand and Europe over the course of 20+ years, which has allowed us to develop deep insight into what makes organisations and people tick.

I specialise in helping leaders grow the skills needed to build adaptive and human work environments.
I’ve spent 20+ years as a leadership development and coaching consultant and facilitator throughout the UK, Europe, and New Zealand, spanning many industries, and 30+ organisations. I hold an MSc in Applied Psychology (industrial & organisational).
What gets me energised is working with leaders who are committed to making real, tangible, leadership behaviour change happen whether it be individually, or at a team or organisational level.
My spare time is spent on or around the water or mountains - ocean swimming, snowboarding, hiking and surfing.

My passion is helping build peoples’ understanding of how to make real behaviour change, to build capability, solve problems and help them better adapt to the complexity of working with, and leading people.
With a Masters degree in Applied Psychology (industrial & organisational), I’m an experienced coach and facilitator, grounding my approach in behavioural science and 20+ years of delivering interventions and projects in New Zealand and Europe in a variety of industries. I have partnered with business teams and HR to build leadership capability and navigate complex change, on an organisational, team and individual level.
In my spare time I’m outdoors as much as possible - snowboarding, surfing, tramping, camping, and taking photos - and running after my two boys and their various activities!
